1. Shipping Regions & Availability
We ship only to the following countries:

- Canada
- Australia
If your country is not listed above, unfortunately we cannot ship to you at this time.
2. Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of US $50 or more (or the equivalent in your region) to the eligible countries.
For orders under this threshold, standard shipping rates apply (see section 4).
3. Processing & Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

After processing, your order is dispatched from our warehouse and handed to the carrier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is in transit.

Please allow additional time for customs clearance and remote-area delivery, especially for international shipments (to Canada, UK, Australia).

Shipping costs for orders under the free-shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout and depend on your region and weight/dimensions of your items.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments (Canada, UK, Australia) may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Tracking Your Order

8. Incorrect Shipping Address & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost for reshipment.

If you’d like the order cancelled after it has been dispatched, you must cover the return shipping and any restocking fees as applicable.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or shows a “delivered” status but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help file a claim with the carrier.
